What is KidsFit? KidsFit is the athletic encouragement program for children ages 5 to 13. This program incorporates many aspects of athletic training into fun and energetic exercise for active kids. The KidsFit program teaches general physical skills including coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance as well as establishing a solid foundation for muscular strength. The training at KidsFit is not specific to any sport. The skills learned here apply to all sports and activities from soccer and softball to cheerleading and dance.
